You must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
Consumable wellness items such as powders, oils, or supplements once used are non-returnable.
Items purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
If the product does not meet our return criteria, the refund request may be declined.

Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
